Rooted Youth exists to develop the next generation of Christians with a Biblical World View and a focus on Discipleship. Romans 12:2 tells us, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable.”
Our mission is to:
- Become ROOTED in our relationship with Jesus Christ. (Col 2:6-7) (Matt 13:1-23)
- Become ROOTED in our relationships with our Christian Family. (Heb 10:24-25) (Acts 2:44-47)
- Use our ROOTED faith to become disciples of Christ, shining our light into the world. (Matthew 28:18-20)
Our ministry meets regularly on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month in the Sanctuary from 6-8 pm. Our meetings include fun and games, biblical teaching, worship & small group discussions. All boys and girls in 6th to 12th grades are welcome. No registration is required for these. Come as you are, and as you are able.
We also host monthly registered events in addition to our regular Sunday evening meetings. These include spiritual events like Winter Retreat & the Spirit Tour, serving in our community, as well as various fun events focused purely on enjoying our Christian family while doing life together.
All activities are chaperoned and led by qualified, and background checked adult Youth Leaders under the direction of our Youth Director, Dennis Udicious.
