A good pastor loves people deeply. To a good pastor nothing is more important than the people. To see them grow, in love with Jesus, happy in their home-life, and doing work that brings them a sense of purpose – means everything to a good pastor. He weeps with those who weep, and he rejoices (celebrates) with those who are celebrating.
